Assita Sylla

Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Health from NYU. Assita Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Connecticut State University in June 2021. During her years at 218, Assita worked hard to achieve her academic goals. She would often attend the lunch-and-learn sessions to complete assignments, as she had to help her mom with her younger siblings and house chores after school. During her middle school years, Assita often tutored other students who often struggled in completing their assignments. As a high school student, she often volunteered her free time to come and assist teachers at our school.
