Emergency / Health Requirements

It is essential that all students have a current and updated Blue Emergency Card with viable numbers in case of an emergency.
There is a school nurse on staff and when necessary EMS will be contacted (parents will be contacted).
Students must have up-to-date immunizations for the protection of all students. Any student not in compliance may be exempted from school.
It is the parents or guardians responsibility to inform the school of any health issues (allergies, asthma, diabetes…). Reach out to the school nurse in case the student needs a 504 form.
