Natalia Baez

Posse Scholar at Lafayette College Sophomore at Lafayette College double majoring in Economics and Anthropology & Sociology. Natalia is interested in learning more about business/organizational structures but specifically about the many factors that come into play during their growth. This past year, Natalia, interned Kaplan Hecker and Fink LLP, a law firm located in NYC. Since she was in 6th grade, Natalia has been volunteering her free time at 218, where she has undertaken several projects such as assisting teachers in curating their classroom libraries to tutoring students in reading and math. Recently, Natalia has accepted a paid internship with Bank of America, where she will put her theoretical knowledge into action.
