Rayan Nafisa

Currently a 10th grader at Queens High School for the Sciences at York College, she is a dedicated student taking college-level courses such as AP World History and Environmental Science. She was a past Intern at Rising Earth: Human Impact Education and a crucial member of the NYU STEP Program. Rayana has experience in coding and volunteering at organizations such as LaJornada where she helped pack goods for those in need. As a founder of the ReSTEM club in her school, she has been able to inspire other students to join the club and partake in STEM activities. She is also a current intern at the Teens Take Charge non-profit organization. Rayana has been accepted as STEM facilitator at our middle school where she will share her love for STEM.
