Chain of Command for Parents

Please adhere to the described procedure and protocol detailed below when interacting with school personnel on behalf of your child.

LEVEL 1: Straight to the teacher involved with the issue

Parent is to call the Parent Coordinator, Ms. Morales, or office staff at (718) 410-7230, which will relay the message to the teacher. The teacher will contact parent within four (4) school days for an appointment.
Teachers may not meet with parents during precious instructional time.
Please provide the teacher an opportunity to address any issues first.

LEVEL 2: Grade Administrator

Place a call to the Parent Coordinator, Ms. Morales, or the office staff that will relay the message to the corresponding assistant principal.
The assistant principal will contact you within four (4) school days for an appointment.
We feel that you and your child are very important and wish to provide you with the time and attention any matter needs.

LEVEL 3: Principal
